Flame Lamination/Duplex Flame Lamination

Flame lamination / Duplex Flame Lamination: the production lines are set according to parameters defined by process cards and computerised bills of material and the raw materials are loaded according to precise plans. Every line is patented Res S.p.A..

PUR Adhesive

On this line we can process all the materials that are incompatible with each other and that could not be laminated with other technologies. On this line also the Corona treatment on the material can be made. The machine has been designed by RES and it’s patented, Italian patent N°01242855, international patent N°91912963.5


The technology of this line allows to reach a lamination cost much lower than a reactive polyurethane adhesive. Every line is patented Res S.p.A.


The lamination is made through a PURE polyurethane adhesive , without solvents, ecological, studied for the automotive industry to obtain higher hydrolysis adherence values than the ones obtained by other technologies. Every line is patented Res S.p.A

Recycled PU Cutting

The recycled polyurethane in cylinders is transformed into plates or cylinders according to Customers’ needs.

Possible thickness from mm 2 to mm 25.

The automatic line transfers the material to the autoadhesive hotmelt line

Hot Calanders

This production lines uses hot calender technology. On this lines various types of processing can be obtained: trasfer paper printing on different types of support (textile and not), lamination with film and thermoplastic adhesives with different types of material.

Powder Lamination

This line is provided with infrared ray ovens, cool and hot calenders

This line allows to melt autoadhesive powders of polyurethane nature with copolyester, copolyeter, eva etc. and subsequent thermofixing of the support

Powders spreading machine with scattering method.

High Frequency

Thought and studied by RES, it has the advantage to produce continuous high frequency on a maximum surface of 2.25 m². It’s used in the automotive industry, optimising the production costs, dropped down to 50% compared to the same technology on single pieces

Thermoulding

Continuous line with moulds of 100x80cm, press power 200 ton. A second bigger line is operating since 2005

Linea controllo, misura e finitura

The produced material is controlled on the coil winding machines on the basis of specific features and packed in rolls. During the control some samples are taken for quality control
